Members registering on Santhali Matrimony web site /app, chandosakhibapla.com(csb), means members are bound to accept the applicable laws and references policies of digital matrimony site and others terms and conditions, procedure and information of csb as mentioned and which may be issued and amended from time to time.
Scope Coverage:
It is a platform that facilitates and display some of the data/photo/details of registered subscribers who meets marriageable age from santhali community to get registered in CSB by providing their data (some data are compulsory and some are optional) and for promoting themselves for Sagun consent through these facilities. This web site/data base displays the information of active candidates only for your facilities and doesn't guarantee/promise acceptance of marriage or your proposal. The some details provided by subscriber may be referred to for further expression of interest/sagun consent. For registration, we may be contacted for help . Registered users are provided access to view & search profiles and information from the data base shared by other members account and can express the sagun consent as per their interest, as per the activation plan. We reserve right to own, maintain, operate, modify CBS. The contents, registrations, trademark, logos, concepts, ideas and other proprietary of Chandosakhibapla.com are copyrighted.
Eligibility:
During the Registration, user must ensure that the age of candidates comply the marriageable ages law such as man 21 years and women 18 years. Candidates fulfilling the requirement can register themselves and use the web site/app. If the candidates’ account is being created for registration by someone other than candidate for example by a Guardian, Friend etc and used by them, it will be deemed that they have obtained the consent of candidates.
Registration and Validity of Account:
Please read the important information, Terms and conditions and operating procedure before registration. For any assistance, we can be contacted. You confirm and acknowledge that your membership is solely for sagun consent and for no other purpose. Validity of account and number of sagun consent that you can send through CSB will be as per the plan you opt at the time of registration. Once your plan exhausted
or expired, there will be limited
feature on our account like you can’t
view others profile, etc and your balance quota may not be carried forward
when it will be recharged.
After the expiry of the package(all packages including free package and offer if any), if not recharged, the account will get restricted/banned
and you will simply login in to your account but no service like sending, receiving,
viewing and being viewed etc. services will be available.So, it is duty of candidate to provide his/her relevant information, data, documents, photos etc correctly, truly and honestly. But during and after registration if it is found in any means that above information, data, documents, photos provided by you are not true and inaccurate and misrepresented in website, we have full right to suspend and/or terminate your account without notice and no service will be entertained and the amounts will be forfeited.
Maintaining your Account & Security:
Please don’t share your Account information details and OTP with unauthorised persons as you are solely responsible for the activities on your account. CSB doesn’t tamper with your account nor ask for OTP in any way. To avoid from fraud and phishing attack, you should be vigilant about securing your account information.
Role of CSB and its Member:
You can take the membership if you wish and if you meet the requirement as prescribed.
CSB can help you for registration. Registration is on free basis.The packages and other facilities are available on payment/offer basis. The fees may be dynamic and will be displayed on the website.
You have to give and upload true information and documents. You Must review your data before final submission.
Documents from you is to verify information provided by you. The documents are not being share with any members by CSB. The personal contact number and email id of candidate is not visible to other members. The other information and photos are visible among active members. Members can filter as desired and view details automatically from the data base which is controlled by the system.
CSB is not a part of any other web site nor linked to any other similar web site. This is an exclusive unit of CSB only. Members should not leak any others members information to any website or publication.
The CSB has the right to review the activities of members account in CSB for security reasons.
You agree that you will not harass or abuse any member in any form.
You agree that you will not commit any undisciplined acts or misconduct that may cause harm and losses to this website and persons associated and linked with this website. CSB reserves the right to cancel your membership without refund and without any prior notice to you.
CSB doesn’t pay any compensation to you for any damage or losses or no-profit or no fruitful result that may occur for your money value, time value giving to your membership.
CBS holds all members in high regard. But doesn’t provide any compensation to you for any loss or damage caused in any ways.
